Our Retailers

Our retailers are very supportive of our markets held here in Charlotte, NC at the Embassy Suits Hotel and look forward to the opportunities that the shows provide.  Some of our retailers have been visiting our markets since we first began in 1940 in a hotel called Hotel Charlotte.  The interiors of that hotel, including a 136-year old mahogany bar, are now part of a restaurant in South Charlotte, called what else but, Hotel Charlotte. The walls of the restaurant exhibit pictures from the early 40’s.  Wouldn’t it be exciting to go by and see if we can find any of our past retailers or members in those photographs?

The Men’s Apparel Club of the Carolinas, Inc. is one of the oldest MAC organizations in existence and our Board of Directors strive to continue the excellent markets held here in Charlotte.

Admission Policy

The following identification for entry into the Markets is required:

1. A copy of your State Sales Tax license, or State Vendors license;

2. Proof of a commercial checking, utility account, or rental receipt with company name; a business card, purchase order or credit card with company name;

3. Picture of your store and copy of your lease;

4.  A valid driver’s license;

5. Your current residential address.

Children

No children under the age of 12 will be allowed at any market.  We ask, if you have children traveling with you,  they not be left alone in the lobby.
